RECENT PRODUCTS
Dorner’s 7600 Series is the newest addition to the AquaPruf stainless steel conveyors. The sanitary conveyor series consist of both belted straights and curves. The series accommodates a wide range of belt and standard options for the needs of bakery, confection, snack, prepared foods, and protein markets. And, like the other AquaPruf conveyor series, 7600 has been tested for thousands of hours internally and at customer beta sites. This assures the ability 7600 to meet the needs of the food industry with confidence and reliability.
The 7600 key design features include all welded stainless steel frame, round cross members, solid UHMW wear strips and no fasteners in the food zone. These features combined with the tip up tail allow for fast and effective sanitation, a key to serving the food markets.
Standard Options
- Belt – FDA, Edge Sealed, Fully Encased, and Solid Urethane
- Nose Bars – 1/2”, 1” & 1 7/8”
- Center Drive for nose bar(s) on each end for additional clearance at ends of conveyors
- Belt scraper for continuous removal of excess product from belt
- Tip up tail for fast and easy belt tension release and access for sanitation
7400 Series Curve & Straight Conveyors

After 18 months of customer research, thousands of hours spent building and testing prototypes and submitting them to key government agencies for approval, Dorner is proud to introduce it’s AquaPruf 7400 Series conveyors. The new 7400 Series conveyors address key issues within the marketplace, including sanitation, cost of ownership and safety. The 7400 Series, featuring welded stainless steel construction, will also boast a price point that is very competitive in the marketplace, backed by award-winning customer service and technical support.
The 7400 Series is also engineered to save time. With the ability to open the conveyor in seconds, it cleans up two times faster than the competition.

Introducing the AquaPruf line of all stainless steel conveyors and accessories, which are designed for washdown applications, hygienic and other industries where stainless steel components are needed. Typical markets are Food, Pharmaceutical, Medical and Personal Care.
7200 Series Conveyor

The 7200 series of conveyors has a one-piece stainless steel bedplate and all stainless steel components. The 7200 series has the lowest profile in the stainless steel conveyor segment at 1.5 inches. Designed for dry or wet environments. Fitted with durable sealed bearings that are rated for daily hose down cleanings and 24/7 operations. Available in any length up to 18 feet and widths from 1.75 inches to 18 inches. Stainless steel stands and FDA sealed edge belts complete the 7200 series system.

7300 Series Conveyor

The 7300 Series is an all stainless steel conveyor, which is engineered with oversized bearings for durability. The 7300 series is designed for high pressure wash down environments (1500 psi) with water and chlorinated cleaners. The low profile 1.5-inch frame, which is engineered for strength, is designed for 24/7 operations. Available in any length up to 18 feet and widths from 1.75 inches to 18 inches. Stainless steel stands and FDA sealed edge belts complete the 7300 series system.

Custom Conveyors

For applications that are more unique or don't quite fit the 7200 or the 7300 series conveyors Dorner's ESP (Engineered Special Products) Program is the pace to start. The ESP Program is an extension of Dorner that works with customers to design new conveyors. Dorner has over 30 years experience in designing conveyors for unique applications. The custom conveyor with no bedplate, which has been designed for optimum drainage, is being used in the food industry today.

Stainless Steel Stands

The new stainless steel stands have been designed for wash down environments and optimum drainage. The stands come in two models, one for supporting conveyors in a horizontal position and a pivoting model for incline and decline installations. Both models come with pivoting feet to accommodate sloped floors.

6200 Series Conveyors

The new 6200 series industrial conveyor has been designed with a low profile frame to fit into small spaces. The 6200 Series conveyors have been engineered for the industrial market places and now has patented WEDGE-LOK Protection System. The WEDGE-LOK System prevents damage upon an end impact, which is common in the industrial market place.

Aluminum Stands

The new aluminum support stands are taller, 25% stronger and lower cost than previous models. The new stands feature t-slots for easier mounting, widths from 12-48 inches, heights from 7-99 inches, caster options and an integrated height indicator for faster set-up.
